SetupBoard turns a CAD/CAM export into a setup sheet an operator can actually read — the real 3D model, with dimensions, datums, notes, and tools pinned right where they matter.

Setup sheets are where good programming goes to get lost. A perfect toolpath still ends in scrap when the operator squints at a blurry screenshot, a hand-scrawled note, or a dimension that points at nothing. We kept watching the same thing on the floor: the information existed — it just never made it to the machine in a form anyone could trust.
A working tool, not a demo.
SetupBoard is built nights and weekends by a machinist — every feature exists because a real setup needed it, and anything that only demos well gets cut.
SetupBoard fixes the last step. You upload the STEP file you already export, place your dimensions and notes directly on the 3D part, attach the tools from your library, and hand the floor a clean, print-ready sheet — or an interactive 3D operator view they can spin on a tablet, no account needed.

The goal hasn't moved since the first line: the sheet at the machine should be as trustworthy as the print clipped beside it.

Three principles, checked against every feature before it ships.
Local-first. Your geometry is read and rendered in your browser — nothing is uploaded to a server unless you save a project to your account.
Real 3D, not screenshots. Operators rotate the actual model and read every annotation in context — the same 3D your CAM shows, in every operator’s hands, without paying for a single extra license.
One source, many operations. Build multi-setup projects and export them all into a single, consistent PDF.
